Born in 1995, emerging artist Cam Bauzá comes from a background in Advertising and Fine Arts with a Bachelor's Degree from La Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. Followed by a Social Media Certification from Miami Ad School in 2018. Currently working in the Advertising industry for the last 6 years as a creative strategist and social media manager. Based in Puerto Rico, Cam works primarily in acrylic/watercolor paintings and digital illustrations, often employing bold colors, captivating the audience with otherworldly works. 

 

Usually, you’ll find me with a portable watercolor set, blasting Bad Bunny or Broadway tunes—internally twerking, of course—while I paint in my sketchbook. I also look for inspiration in the entertainment industry by creating Fan Art to represent artists like Mac Miller, Anime or movies like Star Wars. 

 

I’ve also traveled around the world and always looked for inspiration in nature and architectural shapes. Usually the location I choose influences the choice of my materials (be it watercolor, acrylic or whatever’s handy like a Pinot Noir).

 

I strive to sell original and one-of-a-kind artworks with the goal of sharing and collaborating with fellow artists or people that enjoy contemplating something beautiful. The urge to create comes from within me and when my artistic instincts kick in, there's no way out. I NEED to hold it, see it #IRL, that vision or concept I just thought of.
